Compare four management fee models
Hourly billing makes the time allocation visible; confirm the minimum, approvals and what happens when work exceeds the allocation. A fixed fee provides budget predictability but needs limits for campaigns, markets and website work. A percentage of spend grows with the media budget, so ask what additional work that increase buys. A hybrid can combine these models; list every minimum and variable charge before comparing it with a simpler quote.
Calculate three costs before comparing quotes
Use the same billing period and outcome definition for every provider.
Media + management + setup allocation + implementation + software + sales time.
Total investment ÷ opportunities accepted by sales. Deduplicate inquiries and exclude spam, suppliers and job applicants.
Total investment ÷ customers from the same acquisition cohort. Allow for the sales cycle before judging profitability.
A zero denominator makes the result undefined. Do not compare platform form counts with another provider’s qualified opportunities.
Inside the work
Google Ads management pricing: published fees, not market averages
Provider-published examples checked October 9, 2026. This small, selected sample is not a market average, ranking or like-for-like recommendation. Packages, minimums and inclusions differ; confirm current terms with the provider. Beespoke is the publisher and has a commercial interest.
| Provider / offer | Published price (USD) | Scope and comparison limit |
|---|---|---|
| Paid Pilot | $499 / $899 / $1,499 | Monthly fees for ad budgets up to $3,000 / $3,000–$10,000 / $10,000–$25,000 respectively. Provider states no setup fee. Ad spend is separate; this is not the same scope as a 10-hour weekly consulting allocation. |
| Velocity PPC | $500–$2,000 | Provider describes its small-campaign monthly fees in its pricing article and recommends at least $3,000 monthly ad spend. This is a published range, not a binding quote or a universal B2B benchmark. |
| Beespoke | $99/h · 10h/week | Publisher offer. Minimum $990/week; $3,960 over four weeks or $4,290 per average month (52/12). Agreed work may span ads, measurement and landing-page improvements; media and third-party costs remain separate. |
Compare fee models
Calculations stay in your browser. No form submission or booking is required. USD only; taxes and financing are not modeled. Defaults are fictional, not a forecast.
Enter valid non-negative numbers. Opportunities cannot exceed inquiries; customers cannot exceed opportunities. Percentages must be between 0 and 100.
Percentage fee = max(ad spend × percentage, minimum fee). First month adds setup once; ongoing totals do not. Other production, tax and internal costs are excluded from this fee-model comparison; add them in the full-cost calculator. These models do not imply equal scope or results.
Try your own assumptions

A dash means the denominator is zero; it does not mean a free acquisition. Gross profit is not revenue or cash flow. Match acquisition and profit windows before making a decision.
Build a complete budget
Write separate lines for media, management, setup, conversion tracking, landing-page implementation, creative, reporting tools and client time. Mark each line as included, extra or owned internally. An audit is not implementation, and a landing-page recommendation is not a published page. Keep the advertising account and billing under your company’s ownership. Google’s average daily budget is not a strict daily cap; inspect the platform’s spending-limit documentation when converting it into a monthly plan.
Worked example: cheap leads can be expensive
Illustration only: over four weeks, $4,000 of advertising and $3,960 of management produce 40 inquiries, of which sales accepts eight as opportunities. Before other costs, the total is $7,960: $199 per inquiry and $995 per accepted opportunity. If two become customers, acquisition cost is $3,980 per customer. Add implementation, software and sales time before comparing this with customer gross profit. If no opportunities are accepted, cost per opportunity is undefined; it is not zero.
Choose the first test by what it must prove
Start with one offer, one buyer group and one measurable conversion path. Estimate whether the planned spend can purchase enough relevant clicks to inspect intent and lead quality. Test the form, Calendly flow and qualification feedback before bidding. Stop or revise when queries are irrelevant, tracking is broken or sales rejects the inquiries. Expand only after the evidence supports the next decision; a small sample is not a reliable forecast of revenue.

Questions to settle before signing
| Decision | Evidence to request | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | Who implements tracking and pages? | Recommendations alone do not launch campaigns. |
| Quality | How does sales accept an opportunity? | Cheap forms can hide expensive acquisition. |
| Ownership | Who owns the account and history? | The learning must survive a provider change. |
Frequently asked questions
Is the Google Ads management fee the advertising budget?
No. Management pays for work on the account; media spend pays Google for advertising. A written quote should show both separately, with setup, tracking, creative and software inclusions clearly identified.
