What the published prices actually show
Public pricing spans software-like account capacity, shared appointment setting, managed single-channel campaigns, multilingual SDR capacity, multichannel programs and full team structures. Treating all of them as one agency average would create a misleading number.
The useful finding is not a universal market price. It is that buyers must normalize delivery model, included infrastructure, output definition, variable fees and commitment before a retainer becomes comparable.
| Observation | What the data contains | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| 40 price points | 12 providers across USD, EUR and GBP | A disclosed-offer sample, not a census of the industry |
| $150/month low point | One AI-assisted email account | Software-like capacity, not a managed SDR team |
| $12,000–$15,000/month high range | Six to eight dedicated LinkedIn profiles and senior support | Expansion scope, not an entry-level campaign |
| Three billing patterns | Fixed monthly, hybrid outcome fees and one-time delivery | Headline retainers alone do not show total cost |
| Multiple output definitions | Capacity, leads, booked meetings, held meetings and team delivery | Do not combine them into one cost-per-meeting claim |

Which offers are genuinely comparable
Start by grouping offers into software or AI-assisted capacity, managed campaign services, outsourced SDR capacity, hybrid performance models and system-build or training engagements. Compare within a group before comparing across groups.
Even inside one group, identify the channels, sender or seat count, list and data work, technical infrastructure, reply handling, qualification, meeting attendance rule and client management required.
Build the fully loaded buyer cost
Add the monthly fee, amortized setup, software, data, sending infrastructure, variable outcome fees and the client's management time. Then calculate cost per qualified meeting held and per opportunity accepted by sales over a meaningful learning period.
If a provider reports leads or bookings, do not silently treat them as attended ICP meetings. Keep booked, held, qualified and accepted-opportunity events separate.
- Base retainer or seat fee
- Setup fee divided across the planned term
- Per-lead or per-meeting charges
- Required software, data and profile costs
- Internal review, reply and sales-management time
- Replacement, ramp and cancellation exposure
Qualification changes the economics
A low headline price is expensive when meetings miss the written company, role, geography, interest or attendance rules. A higher price can be rational when it replaces substantial research, infrastructure and management—provided the resulting conversations can progress.
Before launch, define the event that triggers billing and the event that sales accepts. Those definitions should appear in the contract and reporting, not remain implied in sales copy.
Methodology and limitations
Beespoke collected prices displayed on provider-controlled web pages and checked each source on July 24, 2026. The dataset records the provider's wording for the price and then classifies billing unit, model, channels, output and commitment for comparison.
No currency conversion is applied, because exchange rates change and false precision would weaken the comparison. Provider performance claims are recorded only as scope or output descriptions; they are not independently validated. Custom-price offers without a numeric public price are excluded.
- Primary provider pages only
- One row per disclosed offer or channel-specific price
- Native currency preserved
- Setup and variable fees retained in the price field
- Beespoke rows clearly marked as publisher offers
- No claim that the sample represents every provider or final negotiated price
For writers and editors
The publication chart, social preview and machine-readable source file are available below. The approved summary is: Beespoke reviewed 40 publicly listed B2B outbound price points from 12 providers, preserved each native currency, recorded what the price included and linked every row to its provider-controlled source.
For a deadline-specific comment, email Noah with the publication, question and response deadline. Answers will distinguish observed data from interpretation and stay within what the evidence supports.
Updates, reuse and corrections
Version 1.0 was published from sources checked on July 24, 2026. Material pricing changes, broken sources and classification corrections will be added to the update record rather than silently reframed as historical fact.
You may cite or embed the chart with a visible link to this page. For a correction, include the provider, offer, source URL and the exact field that changed.
Use the benchmark without misreading it
| Field | Comparable only when | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery model | Both transfer a similar amount of execution and management | Comparing software with a human-managed team |
| Billing event | Lead, booked meeting, held meeting and accepted opportunity are defined the same way | Calling every positive reply a meeting |
| Channel scope | Sender count, channels and infrastructure are aligned | Ignoring domains, data, profiles or dialer costs |
| Commitment | Setup and minimum term are included in the evaluation period | Comparing month one against a mature monthly run rate |
| Client work | Reply handling, sales follow-up and management burden are accounted for | Treating internal time as free |
A defensible buying sequence
- Shortlist offers by delivery model and channel fit.
- Normalize fixed, setup, variable and required third-party costs.
- Write the qualified-and-held meeting definition.
- Model pessimistic, expected and optimistic opportunity progression.
- Choose the smallest test that can produce a credible learning signal.
Sources and methodology
Every row comes from a provider-controlled page checked on July 24, 2026. Prices are shown in their native currency and retain setup, variable-fee and minimum-term details. The sample is descriptive, not an audited industry census.
